PortlandHeart of the West End, which is on the peninsula and part of the downtown. Quiet neighborhood, but nice bars and restaurant 1-2 blocks away. The night life is only 6-7 blocks. Great for entertaining with 2 off street parking spots & a large fenced in patio. Inside is all hardwood and tile, open concept with large kitchen, living room and dining room on the first floor. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms & a bathroom w/washer & dryer. Each room has a queen bed with one room being extra large (master)

Please take shoes/boots off in the mud room - LL Bean slippers allowed!
No loud parties, be mindful of neighbors!
On check-out, please tidy up after yourself and strip linens from beds, pillow cases from pillows, and leave all dirty laundry together in a pile. Thank you!
The grill is for your enjoyment and we keep the propane filled up at all times. If you encounter a low tank just let us know and we’ll get a new one for you. Also as part of your agreement to use the gas grill, you also agree to shut off the propane valve on the tank when you are done with it. If we find an open valve we reserve the right to charge a full tank’s worth of propane, up to $25.
You must adhere to the checkout time; we have cleaners that are on a schedule. Any late check-outs will be charged $50.
We charge an extra $50 per pet fee and you agree to be responsible 100% for any damage or messes caused by your pet(s) that are not cleaned up.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on this property - inside or out. If we find out you are smoking while you are staying, or have to clean up cigarette butts after you leave, an automatic $50 fee will be assessed.
